  • Orders are processed after confirmation of payment and order approval.

  • Standard processing time: 2–7 business days (unless otherwise specified).

  • Custom or bulk manufacturing orders may require additional production time.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once the order is dispatched, customers will be notified via email or phone (if applicable).

We currently ship:

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product category and delivery location.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Mode of transport (road, air, cargo, courier)

  • Urgency of delivery

Shipping charges will be:

  • Clearly communicated during quotation or order confirmation

  • Included in the invoice (if applicable)

For bulk industrial shipments, freight may be arranged by:

  • The Company, OR

  • The customer (as mutually agreed)


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 3–10 business days after dispatch

  • Remote locations: May require additional time

  •  shipments: Depends on destination country and customs clearance

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


5. Order Tracking

If applicable, tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.

For bulk freight shipments, transport details will be shared directly with the customer.


6. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect goods at the time of delivery

  • Report any visible damage immediately

  • Notify us within 48 hours if goods are damaged or incorrect

Failure to report within the specified time may affect eligibility for claims.


7. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the shipping carrier or upon delivery (as per agreement).

  • Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete contact information

Re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect details.
