1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Order Processing

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if cancellation is requested:

  • Before order confirmation, or

  • Before production, dispatch, or shipment has begun

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Manufacturing has commenced

  • Goods have been dispatched

  • Custom or bulk production has started

In such cases, cancellation may result in:

  • Partial refund after deduction of processing costs

  • Administrative charges

  • Raw material or production expenses


2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

2.1 Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • The issue is reported within [3–7] days of delivery

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all supporting documents (invoice, delivery proof, etc.)


2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Bulk industrial supplies

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products altered after delivery


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Inspection and verification of returned goods

We reserve the right to reject refund requests if conditions are not satisfied.

If approved:

Shipping charges, duties, and handling fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  2. Provide clear photos/videos as proof

  3. Share invoice and delivery details

After verification, we may:

  • Issue a refund, OR

  • Provide credit for future orders

6. Limitation of Liability
